Jhumka And Bali takes pride on their excellent designs and superior quality. All product are verified and goes through a quality check before they are shipped.

We have 7 days for an exchange or refund policy from the day of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions For Return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • We cannot exchange any pierced jewellery (i.e. earrings, nose piercings, etc.) for hygienic reasons. They can only be exchanged if they are faulty and unworn.

  • We cannot exchange for a change of mind

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds Process

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
